Lava Lamp for the iPhone

The iPhone has received yet another interesting function – while it won’t be able to save the world (yet) or change your flat tire on the freeway, it is able to illuminate your life as a lava lamp thanks to Gotham Wave Games who came up with the Lava Lamp application for the iPhone. What makes this more interesting is you are able to push the lava around the screen with your fingers, taking advantage of the iPhone’s multi-touch display. This makes it possible to push blobs together and merge them or pull them apart, whichever you fancy. Sounds fun, although it lacks the feeling of the actual texture but we’ll overlook that at this point in time. You can download the iLava application for $0.99.
