SRS Labs offer two new products ready for shipping
by Edwin in Audio/Video Gadgets, iPod gadgets
SRS Labs is a name synonymous with surround sound, audio, and voice technologies, and have just announced that it will begin to ship a couple of new products – the highly anticipated iWOW Adaptor for iPod and the iWOW Premium Software for iTunes on Mac and PC. Both products will open up new doors for folks as it enables SRS’ state-of-the-art audio solutions to be accessible across the whole iTunes ecosystem, including PC, Mac and iPod applications. Let us take a look at both in greater detail right after the jump.
First off, we have the SRS iWOW Adaptor for iPod that brings a premium audio management device to the masses without breaking the bank. When connected to the iPod via its 30-pin connector (virtually making it compatible with just about any recent iPods dating back to a few generations), it will offer users a “thrilling and immersive music and video experience over earbuds and headphones.” Inside the iWOW Adaptor, you will find state-of-the-art, patented SRS audio technologies that will restore original audio cues buried in the source material, bringing to life your music, videos and podcasts in a much more natural manner accompanied by renewed depth and clarity.
As for the new SRS iWOW Premium software plug-in for iTunes, this boxed solution caters to both the Mac and PC platforms, featuring patented SRS technology solutions that helps bring an immersive and rich audio experience to your ears by restoring sonic fidelity to audio files directly within the iTunes. This will result in music, videos and podcasts are much more natural and detailed to your ears, but make sure you have an ear for music in the first place, otherwise all these improvements might sound (no pun intended) like a waste of money. You will be able to pick up the SRS iWOW Adaptor for iPod and iWOW Premium for $79.99 and $49.99, respectively, while a special Holiday Bundle pack that contains both is going for $99.99.
