When I contacted eStarling to make good on their one year warranty; they said to return it to ThinkGeek. I would think twice about buying from either of those two companies. I ignored all the bad press eStarling has gotten in the past, in the hopes that it would be different. But the reputation Google has for them is 100% deserved. I bought a different model eStarling frame last Christmas and it died two months out of the box.
