The Sleep Partner helps you sleep pills-free

by Ally in Miscellaneous Gadgets

If you’re having a hard time sleeping then likely you’ve explored a lot of the options out there to help you get a better nights sleep.  One option is always medication, but that is always a troubling choice to make.  Sleeping pills still have that addictive tendency and they have strange side effects to go with the night of blissful sleep.  Well now you can try out the Sleep Partner, it’s a bracelet that claims to help you sleep better.  They mention it will help out not only those that have chronic sleep issues, but those with jet lag or that are just overly stressed out.

The bracelet works by stimulating acupuncture points on your wrist that are associated with sleep.  This will create sleep-inducing stress relief and regulate your biological clock.  Just put on the strap 30 minutes before you’re planning on heading to bed, then keep it on all night.  The bracelet is adjustable to make it possible to increase the pressure on your wrist.  It’s debatable if this will actually work, however it’s being sold for £19.95 or about $30.  Which means it might be worth a try at a price like that.

Don’t waste your money. Someone has already tried it out and it does NOT work.
