I must say that during thanksgiving this comes in handy. I feed about 20 people every year and they ALL love mashed potatoes (many don't like the skin in the mash). This tool saves countless hours every year (also, I peel my apples for apple pie with it). I must admit that during the rest of the year (besides other holidays) it sits.
