Be aware that this type of cooler, while it does save electricity; will only cool the contents to approximately 20 degrees fahrenheit below the ambient air temperature. Thus, if the room you are storing the cooler in is 80 degrees fahrenheit, the cooler will only be able to cool the contents to 60 degrees F. If you know your wines, you know most wines are stored in this temperature range, but if you are expecting a wine chilled to 50 or 55 degrees F or lower you could be disappointed.
