With a brightness of 2,000 lumens and a 1280×800 WXGA resolution, the PJ359w creates crisp, detailed images in any lighting situation. The short-throw lens enables large images to be projected from short distances in small rooms; a screen size of 50-inches is possible from just 5.2-feet. The built-in automatic vertical keystone correction of +/-30 degrees ensures that images are perfectly proportioned; and the HDMI 1.3 high definition signal input ensures the best image performance and supports HD signals up to 1080p.

There is no word on pricing for the PJ359w, but each purchase will come with a three-year limited product warranty. There’s a very cool feature about this projector that others crucially lack – the direct off feature that allows you to unplug and store the projector without having to worry about the standard cool down phase, and this also helps prolong lamp life in the event of a sudden power blackout.
