Remote Controlled Ride On Sports Car
The remote-controlled ride-on sports car allows parents to control the driving, or if the parents are feeling a little wild and crazy, they relinquish control to the young driver at the touch of a button. Both modes enable a top speed of 3 mph along with normal movement forwards, backwards, left, and right. Operates for two hours after a 10-hour charge. Supports up to 45 lbs.

Water Slide Simulator
Imagine going to a water park with no lines, slides that last more than a few seconds, and being able to create your own slide before you ride it. Well hopefully you will be able to in the future. If you saw this week’s episode of Prototype This that’s exactly what they ended up creating. Right now the prototype is massive but hopefully with some improvements they can scale it down to be able to fit in backyards across the world. Hopefully that can find a way to scale down the price tag as well. It works by spinning the large doughnut shaped slide with water in it, you get in it and with the help of a projector screen you can see the pov video on a water slide. The slide can rise it’s self up and down and tilt left to right to get a more immersive experience.

Husqvarna’s Solar-Powered Robot will Mow Your Lawn Without You!
It is almost officially winter time, so most people living in the Northern Hemisphere are not mowing their lawns frequently if at all. Even so, this new Husqvarna’s Solar-Powered Robot is so cool I had to share it! Capable of mowing 3/4 acre, the 18 volt, 4 amp Auto Mower 230 runs 90 minutes on a single charge and cuts 1300 square feet per hour. The Auto Mower even returns to its own charging station when its power is running low! That’s one smart, eco-friendly lawn mower!

It’s up to you to attach the dice to the clock face using the included double-sided sticky pad. How will you determine where to place them? Will you roll the dice and let fate decide?

November 14th, 2008 at 8:53 amI love the remote controlled sports car, always wanted to have one, when I was a child!
Jamie Harrop Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 8:54 amIt’s a toss up between the water slide and the legs. I loved that image of seeing a pair of legs outside a pub, the the thought of sitting in a waterslide all day long sounds awesome!
Joel Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 9:06 amThe car for sure, my son would love it!!
Vadim Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 9:27 amThis is the hardest one of all.
The RC ride on sports car sounds so cool and is something I always wanted, the lawn mower is very nice, the simulation water slide is awesome, but I think the winner would be the robot legs. Imagine how instead of the slow scooters used by the elderly, they’ll be able to walk around. Later the extra legs can give rise to all sorts of new sports. And who knows what else.
Ian Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 9:50 amThe legs seem to be the most popular, but when robots take over the world, they’ll start with this nefarious device. “Humans Destroyed By Machines Via Wedgies!”
Justin Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 9:56 amRobot Legs! Amazing! A medical device that could change the lives of so many people…or something just awesome!
“I’m thinking about getting metal legs. It’s a risky operation, but it’ll be worth it.” -JP from “Grandma’s Boy”

November 14th, 2008 at 9:58 amI’d have to go with the Water Slide Simulator this week. Not only is this a great way to test and build new water slides and rides for amusement parks, but I could also see this at neighborhood pools and such for the kids to play on (adults too!). On the downside I think the cost would outweigh the opportunity for most, and the only ones investing in this piece of equipment are the amusement parks, or large companies.
(could anyone else see this as a mall demonstration… like the massage chairs are set up)
Joel Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 10:08 amThe water slide is great, my kids would love it.
Chris at LG Says:
November 14th, 2008 at 10:19 amGot to go for the waterslide as well – I just hope my stomach could take it! Out of the rest I’m least sure about the robot legs – not sure how they could be comfortable.
Jason Says:

November 14th, 2008 at 11:46 amDefinitely the water slide sim. Reminds me of that commercial about the guy who uses a waterslide to commute home. This could be really fun.
