I bought this samsung HDTV 1080p about a year or so ago and I love it. My wife wanted to get a smaller TV and I talked her into this one and it is a great fit. I have it hooked up to Comcast HD cable and it looks great. I also have a Xbox 360 and that is just beautiful. I can't wait to test out Blu-ray on this TV because I am sure it is going to great.

Recently Samsung announced the release of their 800 series Samsung 1080p LCD HDTV...
To sum it up, this is a series that has the capacity to show you your stocks, the weather and other pertinent info that would require you to move from the most comfortable position on your couch and head for the computer!

Gone are the days that one has to sit (Lor' forbid!) in front of the computer in the other room when your favorite show's showing in the other room!

The Mad scientist from Korea only had one thing on their minds when they first revolutionized LCD HDTVs with their 600 series brand...and I was first in line to purchase the LN52a650 52 inch LCD HDTV...which I still have with me...but, with prices coming down and a range that makes the Sony Bravia look like a cheap import from Pretoria (South Africa), me thinks it's high time I upgraded!
