Last Week’s Contest winners are

You still have a chance to win a digital picture frame from us, but last week’s coolest gadget contest is now at a close, so before announcing the pair of $50 Amazon voucher winners what were last week’s coolest gadgets?

In first place with 37% of the votes we have the exceedingly cool Solar Cell Tree, congrats and thanks for the submission Decide What to Buy.

Each of the leaves is actually a solar panel. These 54 solar panels or photovoltaic panels, to be exact, will store energy that can then be used to charge you favourite gadgets.

Pretty different, hey? Each piece is also movable so you can make it even more original by creating your own shapes.

Interactive mirror
In second place we have the Interactive Mirror.

It is not the first time that someone has put an interactive display onto an ordinary bathroom mirror, but what BlogLitStudios has accomplished has made it more fun than just viewing morning stock and weather reports.

Finally in third place we have something very useful to us forgetful types, the Loc8tor.

One of the worst feelings in the world is not being able to find your wallet or house keys; well that and perhaps drowning. On the lost items front though, there is a new gadget which will be indispensable for the scatter brained. The Loc8tor will find your keys, wallet, remote control, salami sandwich etc, just by the touch of a button.

Thanks once again to everybody who took part and spent the time voting and commenting. As usual we have two $50 monetary thank you’s, and the randomly drawn winners are:

Draw for voting and commenting: Max Rascon.

Draw for telling a friend: Jason Hoffman who was the lucky one from 11 who was good enough to tell a friend about the contest.

Thanks again everybody and good luck with the next CGOTW contest on Friday.
