Most of us would think that computer casings are hard pieces of metal which tend to take up bulk and space, but good thing Asus introduces a paradigm shift with their new Vento TA-F chassis series that come with a twist. What makes the Vento TA-F series so different is its ability to be folded into a compact shape, saving you up to 30% of the original required space. You will be able to choose from black or silver colors, and when folded into the normal shape, you will be able to slot in a quartet of both 5.25″ and 3.5″ internal bays. Although nobody uses floppies these days, Asus has thoughtfully included a bay for it just in case. There is no word on pricing and availability as at press time, but nice to see Asus follow Ikea’s steps in flat packing.
