At least 80% of my shopping is done online. When I purchase something like a computer, I want to buy direct from the company. My last laptop was a Gateway (4 years old now). I will be shopping for a new one soon. I guess it will be a Dell. I think this move is a big mistake as more business try to develop and build an online presence.
