In October I ordered a Keruve GPS tracking watch for someone in my family with Alzheimer's. The online sales pitch said 30 day free trial and guaranteed return. It was shipped from Spain, I paid the $45 customs fee in addition to the $1,450 cost of the device. I could not operate the "safety" clasp and within two days said I had to return the unworn watch and the unwrapped gps tracking screen. Finally, within the 30 days I received their "permission" to returned it and know that it arrived in Spain in a week. The company that sells and ships the Keruve watch is Vision Sistemas Localizacion in Espartinas, Spain. Six weeks has passed and they have not processed a credit. I suspect this company has no customer service staff and no plan for handling returns and credits. The only person you deal with claims my returned device must be somewhere in Spanish customs and there is nothing he can do about it. Buyers beware.
