		<description>I wonder if they have the ability to upload time-tracking data to a site like tsheets.com.. TSheets is great for clocking in/out from a phone call or web-browser, but it would be awesome if people could use something like this with it.</description>

NOT ONLY do you have Ethernet option, but it comes standard with USB, Ethernet, and serial connection all in one. 
It will do all of the cool things that a regular automated time clock will do but you can also access your time clock over the web with your web browser.</description>
