"To delineate" is to portray or describe something accurately (and can also mean to draw an outline of something). You do not delineate the time. The watch does the delineating, if we assume that the watch is "describing" the time. Next time, please use a more common and accurate diction so that your ignorance isn't blatantly displayed. Mason, since when did we have a 12 hrs/day cycle? If each of the bars represents AM and PM, respectively, then we must have a 12 hrs/day cycle. That is the STUPIDEST deduction ever.
