What guarantee do you have this works? But oh well, I guess the paranoid already have 2-3 of these, and among them they do probably kill a lot of the eeevil germs!
(But really, haven’t people heard that if you live a normal life your organism can fight a lot of infections? Hey, I’d be dead by now judging by how may times I’ve eaten in less-than-sanitary condition…)
