@Interior Ideas – that is true, but with my Ultimate Game Chair, I connect the game chair speakers to my 5.1 surround sound receiver. I split the rear left and right channel to the game chair. Playing horror first person shooter games are amazing – it’s like virtual reality and I can feel and hear the attackers before I see them.

I really like this design but I’ve found with a lot of gaming chairs the quality is so lacking in them that they are simply not worth the money. The sound quality is normally terrible and I would rather invest the money in a good 5.1 surround sound system which will shake the chair far more than any motors ever could. As far as I can tell these chairs are mainly for show and don’t really make the experience any better.

At 179.00 this is a great buy. However, I have just reviewed a similar chair, albeit 6 times its value, where the machine in the chair responds to the action and sound from your entertainment unit. Both products are available to purchase online. I would like to test the chairs before considering a purchase as the size is substantial and if not suitable then this would be difficult to hide under bed.

I have a Renegade Game Chair and it’s awesome! However, I think the Reactor is a different model than the game chair pictured. I love the Renegade, especially with Streetfighter and Resident Evil. I can feel each hit and the game audio in the headrest speakers makes me feel like I am in the game.
