		<description>Please don&#039;t encourage the use of gloves around power tools (like those you&#039;d find in shop classes for instance).  Especially not gloves made from a tear/abrasion resistant fiber like Kevlar.  Yes, the glove may prevent the occasional minor cut or scrape, but more often than not the glove will be pulled into the tool causing substantially more damage to the fingers its &quot;protecting&quot;.</description>

		<description>yes, yu can cut the kevlar using a very sharp knive, but it is not easy. at least it will not hurt yourself so badly.</description>

		<description>Yes kevlar only stops the initial impact of a knife as it would a bullet but if you keep pushing on the knife it will go straight through a kevlar vest. Thats why some cops wear kevlar vests as well as knife stab vests. Kevlar won&#039;t stop cuts, scratches or stabs but will fend off knife throwers =P</description>
