I'm pretty good at making gold so I thought it would be useless to me. I am the same way as Jen, the more I read the more intrigued I was. I really only picked up a copy because of the 56 day moneyback guarantee (or if they didn't honor the guarantee I would dispute with my C/C). The guide is helping me streamline my gold making (but I haven't finished reading all of the material). I can see it helping me become more efficient. @Pete: The economics section is really interesting I have always compared the WoW economy to the real world, but I particularly enjoyed the parallel between selling used items (the example with the MP3 player)and soulbound items. And... it's partly true. I never struggled to make money, I just played and auctioned things, nothing special. But... reading more about the book, I am now intrigued. I don't care about the *how* (I have enough gold for my needs), but it would be interesting to read a semi-scientific book on the topic.
