I bought one and it leaked from the sealing point on third lift, thanks God it didn't burst but as soon as joint opened exhaust released a little smoother and the flattened tire was still on it. i wonder what would have happened if there was no tire on it that time. So wish you luck with that if you have already bought one but keep back up system of jack(As after lifting vehicle with air bag no effort will be required to crank open the screw jack to lifted height)
take care

I am interested in knowing if I can acquire the franchise to this Exhaust Jack system. I live in west Africa and there is a huge demand for it with very large market.

Please send correspondence to me by email or I can be reached by cell at +234 70 5532 3318 or 23418741313.

X-JACK Exhaust Jack
8800LB lifting capacity
Provides up to 31 inches of Vehicle Lift
Particularly well suited to use in sand, mud and snow
for 200
i think this one is better

Interesting... I've seen air-bag jacks in the past but they always relied on an air pump to the the lifting... using exaust is inventive (I've also see an off road truck with a spark-plug hose fitting to a "chuffer" valve that used compressed engine cylinder air to power the valve that inflated tires on the trail, but that was exhaust/fuel free due to the value).

1) I wonder what the jack smells like after being pumped up with exhaust. :p

2) I wonder if dual exhaust systems would work on this... it seems like the exhaust would start exiting the "untapped" pipe after the jack bag starts to exhibit a certain amount of backpressure.

3) i wonder how heavy that canvas (or whatever) jack is and how much space it takes up in the trunk... defintely not a sportscar solution. ;)

Cool idea for single-enhaust trucks who face unstable terrain when off-road. Sure beats carrying around 2x8 planks to brace a bottle jack on muddy ground... thuogh I imagine clean-up's a PITA. :p
