But I got it as a Christmas gift so at least I was not cheated out on my money. The only useful thing is the little vacuum cleaner. The plate warmer uses two .5 watt resistors with a little thermal grease to make contact with the metal plate. Cheap design that is ineffective. With everything plugged in and turned on the USB can't not supply enough power to all the components. Their is a little dc power socket on the hub but power cord was not included. Read the instructions and it does not mention anything about the dc power cord. Conclusion shop for something else. To sum it up, piece of crap.
