AverMedia support STILL sucks. The 1-year warranty on the Volar HDTV tuner USB stick is not worth anything because there is simply no one at AverMedia supporting the product. I will never buy their product again.

I actually talked to Felix and he could not get the AVerTV Bravo PCI-e card to work on my system. After two days of trying to get this card to work I took it out and installed an ATI HD 650 Dual Tuner card. Right out of the box all of it's features work. Installed in a Mac Pro running Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

Felix, its good you ar proud of your company's products.

I've contacted support.aver.com more than 8 times regarding
my problem, got some stupid answers asking me to re-install and then again re-install drivers. Nobody bothered to even read carefully the problem I described. And when I asked about vista drivers for a product that was purchased only 3 months before I was told Vista will not be supported.

Maybe the products are ok, but your company's conduct to customers is lousy.

I'm too having trouble making AVerTV Bravo Hybrid PCI-Express TV Tuner to work with my x64 bit Windows. I've tried both XP/Vista x64, but none of them work. The product said that it supports 32/64-bit, but only works on Win32 :(.

AverMedia sucks.
This is a company that does not support its [brand new] own products.
I'll never again buy an AverMedia product.
