I am highly skeptical about this.

In the UK virtually all computer games are encoded in PAL-60. I have yet to find a single pc tv decoder that can handle this.

This issue does not affect gamers in the US, but it does affect all gamers in the rest of the world using the international standard, PAL.</description>
