I had the Zagg product on my IPhone 3 for years and it was great. I bought one for my IPhone 4 and it is just terrible. It looks like orange peel and comes loose all of the time. It is rediculous that they tell you to not use your phone for 12 to 16 hours when you install it. But when I told them about my problems they told me to not get the phone near anything warm for a week. You mean like my ear?!?!? They said yes, hold it away from your ear and do not put into your pocket. Incredible! They said the glass on the new IPhone 4 requires a longer cure time. Then stop selling the product until you fix the problem!!! You cannot expect people to not use their phone for a week. I asked for a refund and since it was past 45 days they said no. They suggested that I get a free replacement and sell it on Ebay?!?! Yea, like I want to pass this piece of crap onto someone else.
Seriously bad product and even worse customer service.

Terrible experience with their customer support. I've switched to a cheaper option which doesn't actually compromise on the one thing I was worried about; the quality of the skin itself. They don't send you a package like IS does but gadgetshieldz is good because they only charge for the skins ($8) and ship for free. Considering I was paying around $10 for shipping alone at IS, I'm much happier. I wasn't getting value for money otherwise.

Astroturf much? Got my Invisible Shield a week or so after ordering, with profuse apologies via email for taking that long. Apparently demand got to them, but they’re catching up. Hopefully the people above will report back when they get their orders.

I’m in the same boat Ibrar is – paid for one full body protector and one screen cover 4 weeks ago, and still haven’t recieved them. They claim it must have been lost in the mail, and that they reshipped it, but that was a week ago and still nothing. Should have stuck with the screen protectors I normally buy.

Stay away from these guys…

If you decide to try the Invisible Shield for
a Apple MacBook Pro, think twice. It is very difficult to apply a 15 inch shee of sticky film without it getting tangled up, at least according to their directions.
I sent them a e-mail regarding my problem but of course did not hear back.

Invisible Shield is ok, I found a place in AZ called Ghost armor that is way better. I had an invisible shield on there, but it looked like an orange peel. I tried the Ghost armor and it is flawless. Check it out. Ghost Armor
