Lapstix Personal Privacy Screen
LSX Enterprises has just released an official statement, announcing its patent pending Lapstix personal privacy screens that can clearly stake a claim in being one of the more unique promotion advertising vehicles I have come across so far. The Lapstix is able to clip easily onto the side of notebook computers as well as other devices such as a portable DVD player, allowing one to create a “fanned” billboard where a colorful promotional message or logo can help get the message across to folks who look your way. Of course, it doubles up as a screen to prevent busybodies from trying to look at what you’re working on your computer at the moment, so why not take advantage of that situation by putting up an advertisement?
On another note, the Lapstix is interesting enough to function as a shade against bright sunlight, since most notebooks and laptops these days don’t exactly feature displays that are readable under bright sunlight. If you’re interested in picking up the Lapstix, it comes in a wide variety of colors such as black, white and gray. You won’t need a PhD either to put the Lapstix together as each Lapstix comes completely assembled right out of the box, featuring a plastic stix, a screen, a plastic clip and a polyester StixBag. You also have the choice to print logos or promotional messages on the stix, screen, and StixBag. For those who are absolutely hopeless when it comes to design, have no fear. The Lapstix creative team is here to help customers create unique designs. The curious can check out the online gallery by Lapstix.
The Lapstix won’t weigh you down as you travel, since they weigh just an ounce each and is extremely portable, measuring 7/8 x 8¼” when folded closed. In addition, it will not make a huge dent in your company’s pockets as they come with an affordable price tag. Those looking for wholesale pricing will have to make their purchase in bulk, whereby an order of 3,000 to 5,000 units will cost you anywhere from $2 to $3 per unit. Quotes are available within 24 to 48 hours, and the Lapstix ships via air or sea (depending on your choice). Steve Smith, the Lapstix founder, likes to say, “Why Advertise when you can Lapvertise?”

Are these really required? As for my laptop, unless you are directly in front of it, you can’t really see anything. Anything viewed from the side wouldn’t be legible.

Lapstix: difendi la privacy del tuo laptop – Noantri Says: January 7, 2008 at 3:31 am
