Pen features 4GB of memory and a rechargeable laser pointer
I’m not someone that carries a pen around everywhere. I’m lucky if I can remember to grab my wallet and keys before heading out the door, let alone something as trivial as a pen. Were I the traveling businessman that gave presentations on a regular basis, this might be one worth keeping in my pocket.
This ball point pen looks ordinary enough, the only visible difference is the small button located near the top of the shaft, and the hole at the tip. As almost anyone would guess, that button controls the laser pointer on the end of the pen. That’s not the only useful feature of this pen, as it also opens up to reveal a 4GB USB flash drive.
While those two features are somewhat common these days, you don’t see them built into the same pen very often. What really sets this apart in my book is the fact that you recharge the laser pointer by plugging in the USB connector. This is an excellent idea, as no one ever likes messing with those tiny batteries needed for many laser pointers. This one can be had for around $100. It may seem a little salty, but I’m sure there are more than a few road warriors that would be interested.
