Time Cube Clock

Time Cube

Okay, there are clocks, and there are kickin’ cool clocks. Then there is the Time Cube, which could easily be a step up from the kickin’ cool clocks category.

At first glance, you might thing the Time Cube is some time machine from the Victorian era. Kind of like that time machine in that recent Time Machine movie, the one with that guy in Memento. That movie wasn’t all that great, and this Time Cube won’t take you to the past or the future, but it will show you the present time.

The Time Clock starts out as a simple box, but then splits into triangles. The largest triangle shows the hours, the medium one shows minutes, and a quick-moving small triangle for the second hand.

I have no idea how to set this thing. I mean, do you have to physically turn the triangles? I also wonder how hard it will be to learn how to tell the time off this thing. I guess adapting won’t take too long, will it?

Believe it or not, you can get a cool clock like this at the gadget importer Chinavision for about $12 USD! Let’s hope that the shipping and handling doesn’t kill you, because I personally think you’re getting a bargain!
