Clearly, our current conflict in Iraq was the inspiration for the Corner Shot, a gun that can literally shoot someone from around the corner.

I suppose that one sniper guy from Saving Private Ryan would have probably lived a longer life, had he one of these, and would have said a lot more Bible verses.

As you can see, the gun has a built-in screen so you can exactly what you’re shooting at. I’m not certain how it works, but I’m guessing it’s got a tiny little camera or a mirror or something.

Is it just me, or are wars all about out-teching your enemy? I’m a little concerned about that. Still, just because you can shoot around a corner doesn’t mean you’re invulnerable. After all, your enemy can still see the barrel of your Corner Shot Rifle. What if this enemy shot the end of said Corner Shot rifle, making it inoperable. You should be prepared to surrender after that, I guess.

You know, I usually have a company, price or availability date on whatever item I am reporting on, because that is so I can get in information to whoever might want the item. I guess since this is a gun, you’re probably not going to get this unless you’re fighting for our country. That, or James Bond.
