<description>I wanted to respond to the other comment, but I need to disclose that I am one of the founders of zReturn. It would be easy to post under a different name and email but I wholeheartedly believe in “honesty”.

As far as who came first, that matters very little. Apple came out with first PDA, and as far as search engines go, Google is technically the new kid on the block. Enough said.

If the competition is more reliable than us, then why is it that zReturn is the one in this month’s Macworld’s &quot;49 Of The Season&#039;s Best Mac Gadgets To Please Everyone On Your List&quot; article? Or mentioned by MSNBC online this past week, or in PC Magazine around this same time last year? Why was zReturn the one booked on a nationwide radio travel show? zReturn was good enough for J&amp;R to put in their website and their stores for this holiday season.

When I think of being reliable I think of connecting Finders and Owners quickly, 24/7 anywhere in the world! And I like not only how we do that, but our new features due out soon will make us that much better!

Don’t take my word for it, go to our press section and read what they said in PC Magazine about how many items were returned. Then make the decision on your own.

In the end I’ll just say what I’ve told virtually every customer I have spoke with personally: I hope you never actually need our services, but please use us just in case you do. There are a lot of good people out here that want to return lost gadgets to their rightful owners.

Have a safe and happy holiday season.
