128GB SSD from Toshiba

Guess the hard drive is well on its way out as Toshiba unveiled its 128GB SSD in Japan. You won’t be able to find it in commercial systems just yet though, but those heading to CES 2008 will be able to take a sneak peek at it, with mass manufacturing to begin in Q1 next year.
