With the rise of Bluetooth gadgets, it’s no surprise that companies are working on making better receivers for your PC. Earlier this week we saw a cool product that not only let your computer talk to Bluetooth-enabled devices, but it also made transferring pictures from your mobile phone a breeze. That’s cool for some people, but if you just want a plain receiver that doesn’t take up a lot of space, you might want to check out this new product from Trust.

This tiny USB connector houses a lot more technology than you might think at first glance. While it only protrudes a mere 7mm from your laptop, it actually serves as a Bluetooth 2.0 receiver. The Trust Ultra Small Bluetooth USB Adapter claims to have speeds up to three times as fast as standard adapters, and is backwards compatible with earlier Bluetooth standards.

The best feature of this adapter is easily the size. There’s not much room to pack in any other special functions, so it is about as basic as they come. Since it barely sticks out from the USB port, you can leave it plugged in all the time, which makes it a bit harder to lose track of. You can pick one up for around $20.
