Oce has just introduced the groundbreaking high-speed Oce JetStream full-color, inkjet product family. This new series brings productivity and quality standards for ultra-high-volume, full-color production printing to a whole new level. The Oce Jetstream systems claim to bring down operating costs while providing longer uptime and a wider range of paper choices compared to other products in its class. Whether you are running a service bureau, graphic arts operations or letter shops, this family of printers is more than capable of delivering full-color, variable data output with exceptional quality at high speeds and maximum productivity. This historic series include the Oce JetStream 1100 single-engine system and the Oce JetStream 2200 twin system. The former delivers full-process color at 492 fpm along with a print width of 20.3″ and paper width of 20.5″, producing up to 1,074 letter impressions per minute in two-up simplex format. As for the two-engine Oce JetStream 2200 system, it prints full-process color at speeds up to 500 fpm with a print width of 20.3″ and paper width of 20.5″ and the capability to produce up to 2,148 letter impressions per minute in two-up duplex format. Even better is the fact that the Oce JetStream 1100 version can be field-upgraded to the Oce JetStream 2200 model.
