Halo 3 promo

Just in time for the holidays! If you told “Santa” you want a new Xbox 360 for Christmas to replace your old one, there’s a new promotion that’ll toss in a free copy of Halo 3 as well. Wow, talk about a stocking stuffer.

But in addition to being nice all year, there are a few strings attached. First, it’s only for users upgrading from the old Xbox platform to the new Xbox 360. Secondly, users must already have an existing paid Xbox LIVE subscription from that original platform which can be upgraded to the new Xbox LIVE Gold. Finally, the new Xbox 360 must be purchased between November 21 and December 21, 2007.

Users then register on this site with the promotional code XBX7777, along the new console serial number and a valid mailing address., and Bungie will mail you a copy of Halo 3.

Again, this offer is only good for existing original Xbox users who already have an Xbox live account. However, if you’re reading this and you fit the bill, and you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to upgrade to the new 360 platform, then the timing is just about perfect.

why is nintendo promoting a game that is so controversial? i may be wrong but is this not the game used by extreme right wing groups to recruit new members? this is what we have been told in europe anyway.
