The iPhone finally landed on British shores today, but if you want to stand out from the crowd an ordinary iPhone will not do what you need is a gold plated model.

Gold Striker are selling two versions, a 24ct full gold Apple iphone 8gb for £699.95 or semi gold plated version (front surround bezel and rear Apple logo) for £499.95. So if you have more money than brains love bling check them out.

How can I purchase the full 24karat gold iphone? Also is it possible if I already have an iphone, for it to be plated instead of buying a new one?
