The USB Doorbell
You’ve been able to download your own ringtones to your phone for absolutely ages so I’m some what surprised it’s taken so long for the trusty doorbell to follow suit. Re Bell have created the USB doorbell that lets you download your own tunes and sounds.
So instead of hearing the mundane “Ding Dong” when somebody’s at the door, you can choose what you want to hear, now if they could just combine this with a biometric fingerprint reader so different visitors would have different sounds it would be really cool. Hmm… quite good doorbell but I got a better one from kakadu-usa.com. Except for the USB port and MP3 support there are 50 amazing sounds. The quality is pretty good and dog barking, my favorite tone, sounds like a real dog!
