This is remote control golf retro style, Mini Golfing Mario & Luigi

You need to manually position Mario or Luigi next to the ball then use the Famicom styled remote to make him take a swing. When it’s time to take the next shot you can use the control to make them glide across the desk albeit you’ll be dragging them along with the wire.
