Look at the iPod classic now... 160gig of data? what the hell?.. a small hard drive/flash memory (small being 40-60 gig) and a big battery would have fit the bill much better, I reckon... It might be cheaper or more power efficient than A2DP or some other accepted/used *standard* but if it is only going to work with a small number of devices, then you can count me out. There are no less than 20 that work with the ipod. Most use blue tooth. I really like the new logitech ones (and they can be used with any sound device that has a standard mini plug (headset jack).
