Putting a new spin on the term “must see TV.” Catalina Spas have created a 61 inch big screen hot tub. This baby is so new, that it isn’t even listed on the company website just yet, however, in addition to a standard 4 person spa, the 61” Theater Luxury Hot Tub measures 92 x 92 x 42.5 inches and comes with a widescreen plasma LCD screen, DVD / CD /AM-FM Radio and with 2 popup speakers. The Spa itself uses a 1 hp blower powered by a 220 volt 50 amp motor that blows with over 400 gallons of water. Each seat sports a variety jets (over 70 jets in all) for soothing, hot bubbling water relaxation, and there’s even a 12″ rising waterfall to set a more romantic mood.

Options include a Cover Lift, External Freeze Protection Sensor, Fiber Optic Lighting, Mister System, Vibrator Pillow, and even a subwoofer for that big screen surround sound feel. But my favorite option is the floating Balboa Dolphin Remote.

No word on pricing yet, but the 61” Luxury Theater Spa will probably come in a host of colors including Dark Twilight, Sahara, Bluegrass, Caribbean Blue, Desert Sand, and Solitude White. Found via Born Rich.
