re: Joy…

It definitely depends on your source material, as well as the specific eStarling frame that you have. The older 7" frame, which is hobbled by both a 16:9 aspect ratio (there are very few cameras which shoot 16:9), and a measly 480 X 234 resolution, would make anything look pretty bad.

But for the record, I have the new eStarling 8" frame, in a full 4:3 aspect ratio, and a 800x600 resolution (one of the best out there, right at 125 ppi). It looks GREAT, and after trying out several other frames, I've been very very happy with this one.

I received an estarling wifi frame for Christmas and the resolution of the photos is such that details are not crisp and clear... rather "low-res" looking. This is not what I expected. Have others had this experience or is there something wrong with my specific one?
