Tango Bike takes in no fuel

July 31st, 2007 by Edwin in Vehicle Gadgets

tango-bike.jpgInstead, this motorcycle relies on electric power instead to get around, making it a bona fide zero emission vehicle. Constructed by a couple of teenagers, the Tango Bike does away with traditional hand steering controls, relying instead on the way a rider leans in order to go toward the desired motion in a similar manner as the Segway. A couple of wheels located side by side moves the Tango around, and it has been constructed using the R6 Yamaha sports bike frame from ground up. The Tango Bike boasts a top speed to 40 mph, making this a viable intra-city mode of travel that is easy on mother earth. The inventors are currently looking for investors to market the product.
