Fostex GY-1 for all round sound

Speakers certainly don’t come any weirder than this, and the Fostex GY-1 amplified speaker makes it look as though it is the top half of a sawn-off missile. Since it’s shape and design forces sound downward against a tabletop, the GY-1 is capable of radiating a 360-degree soundfield that lets you do away with multiple speakers. As with everything trendy and electronic these days, there is a blue LED glow that lights up under the speaker whenever the GY-1 is powered. Choose from white, black, and matte silver colors. The Fostex GY-1 retails for approximately $106 in Amazon Japan, with no word on release dates outside of the Land of the Rising Sun.
