Samsung has finally launched its first High Definition camcorder in the form of the SC-HMX10, and it will hit US markets come this September. It doesn’t use any hard drive, prefering instead the speed and stability of internal flash memory which amounts up to 8GB in size. Just in case that isn’t enough, there is always the SDHC memory card slot to stretch your HD home movie beyond 90 minutes. Features include a 1/6″ CMOS sensor, HDMI output, and 10x optical zoom. The Samsung SC-HMX10 will retail for $799 when released.
