Poor Soundwave was left out of the Transformers movie, but the guys at Takara Tomy have shown mercy to him by removing Soundwave’s cassette guts and replacing it with MP3 playback capability to get in tune (pardon the pun) with the rest of the other updated Decepticons. This new and improved Soundwave now comes with an SD memory card slot, a headphone jack, and external music controls. He also transforms into the boombox shape which is familiar to many fans of the G1 Transformers cartoon, and will set you back by approximately $100 including shipping.
