Solar-Powered Light Show Wind Chime

July 7th, 2007 by Edwin in Electronic Gadgets, Home Gadgets

solar-power-wind-chime.jpgMost wind chimes do nothing but let out a tinkle whenever Mr. Breeze drops by, but this Solar-Powered Light Show Wind Chime does more than just that. It is equipped with four solar panels, powering an LED placed within the crackled texture glass sphere. The LED will work through seven colors at three seconds each, creating star-like patterns on walls and floors. This visual feast is accompanied by tones produced via the five aluminum chimes. No idea how much power this thing can store throughout the day as it would be pretty useless being lighted up anytime other than at night. Pick one up today for $39.95.
