Sorry but the comparison didnt include camera (N95 5mp, iphone 2mp) or the 3G (N95 good 3G, iphone nil) Or the light (N95 mini flash, i phone, nil).
And how easily you can connect to your windows vista. and the cool extras of each (N95, gps navigation, dual slider, easy mp3. Iphone, touch screen, itunes like media player)

Doesnt that make you think that the iphone is more last years tech??

My girl (an att rep) tells me there’s a 10 percent restocking fee incurred on all warranty exchanges. So, if what you buy is defective, you still have to pay them up to $60 just to get a working replacement.

you should have also looked at the smallprint on apple’s site.. they shadily state that all reported times have been achieved in optimum network condition, and for each situation all other features were turned off (e.g. phone was off for music/video tests, WLAN was off when not explicitly needed etc)
