Tabasco makes a variety of Jalapeno Sauce (it's green instead of that famous red/orange color), and is great on all kinds of foods. It still has that famous Tabasco flavor, but does a great job of mirroring that fresh jalapeno taste, whereas most sauces with jalapeno are just hot, with no flavor. I just had to drop a note to comment on one of my favorite sauces.
