It appears you haven’t looked too closely at Apple’s own iPhone webpage - the product was introduced as an iPod, a phone, and an internet device. This has been public knowledge since January, and iPod sales have not apparently suffered as a result. And “..possibly up to 8GB” - well, yes, it was announced that the phone would be offered in 4GB and 8GB models. The speculation now is that there may be a memory-bump to larger sizes before it is released in late June.

Consider spending a little more time on research- your readership will appreciate accuracy.
