There are a dizzying number of options available. All of them work when they work and when one works them!

I have a BlackBerry but my thumbs still prefer a real keyboard so I avoid depending on it.

Here are a few great add ons I have found ...

http://www.jott.com (my fav!)
http://www.gopingme.com
http://www.simplegtd.com

I try to avoid any system that locks up my information in case I want to move on to something new.

I've tried most of the mobile calendar solutions out there - heck most of the calendar solutions in general.

Scrybe is pretty and does some cool stuff, but I don't think it actually solves my pains the way they claim. Bit more fluff then I needed.

Conversely I've use a combination of Google Calendar, Calgoo (for offline use / importing of outlook, icals, etc) and GooSync (for mobile access). I must say the 'pretty' that Scrybe does so well just isnt there, in-fact its down right 70's if you have to many calendars, however the functionality is considerably better.

I guess it all comes down to what you prefer, I for one will take function over form - all be it if I could find a hybrid of the two i'd be in heaven.

Palm needs to get over it's closed source policy if it is going to keep up with windows mobile.

I'm using a TMobile vario, which is a carrier-branded HTC wizard. It's a windows mobile 5 device, with a nifty slide out QWERTY keyboard. As a phone frankly it's not great, but as an integrated device with PDA functions that happens to make phone calls it's superb.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who's not tech-oritented though; the concept of rebooting the phone is a bit too much for some people, and you do need to do that occasionally!
