Battery Free Wireless Mouse

Battery Free Wireless Mouse

This is pretty cool, a wireless that doesn’t need batteries, it draws the required power from an electrical field generated by the mouse mat (connected via USB). I’ve not used a mouse mat in years and I do get the feeling that this product exists because it can rather than because it should, cool technology though.

You can get the mouse and mat from Gizoo for £12.95 (~$25).

Wow..I have a wireless mouse from Logitech that needs battery change like every single month. This is really cool.

I’ve got Wacom tablets at work that come with both a Pen and a Mouse. Neither of them use batteries. They’ve been using this technology for quite a few years, we got our first model around seven years ago now.
