I had a problem that i had that many feeds i didnt know which ones to read so i created a random feed reader to put on my site... It selects a pre determined amount of feeds from an unlimited list and displays them on my website..
I even intergrated thumbnail previews into it also, and a config file.. no database required
check it out at: <a href="http://www.ozonew4m.com/random-webmaster-feeds.php" rel="nofollow">webmaster random rss feeds</a>

Its got all my webmaster feeds in at the moment but if you download the script you can add your own

enjoy!!

An OPML file is a custom reading list of the feeds you are subscribed to. Most feed readers including Attensa will let you import and export your subscription list as an OPML file.

Here's a series of links to feed reading best practices that you might find useful.
